Charlotte, NC - District Partnerships & Consulting (DPC) is excited to announce that we have received the “Top Emerging Diversity
Inclusion Services Company 2022” award from HRTech Outlook, an HR and Employee Services magazine that shines the light on top companies in the US doing amazing things for their clients and constituents.
DPC is particularly honored to receive this award at a time when the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion services marketplace is changing, as so many others. Our work this year has expanded across the US, and in many industries including the non-profit, pharmaceutical, and association management fields to name a few. Our approach is simple, “We strive to deliver high-quality results for high-quality organizations”.
This year, we have doubled down on our commitment to see organizations thrive, by providing pro-bono DEI assessments to at least a dozen organizations across the nation. This service was beneficial as companies grappled with a loss of income due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the uncertainty with staffing and programming due to the Human Resources trend coined the “Great Resignation”. Though our most recent work spanned the for-profit space, DPC is committed to providing resources outside of this arena as well. In 2022, we were honored to provide donations of all sizes to non-profit organizations that are on the front lines of community outreach, development, and education like Ingenuity Prep, an elementary and middle school community dedicated to academic rigor and civic leadership that prepares students for the path to the colleges and careers of their choosing and Martha’s Table, a community-based organization in Ward 8 of Washington, D.C. that believes every Washingtonian deserves the opportunity to thrive through education, healthy eating, and community supports for the past four decades.
