Johnathaan is a passionate Human Capital Leader experienced in leading and empowering diverse teams to accomplish SMART goals while managing complex issues and comprehensive project operations. He has the ability to successfully direct Human Capital operations using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, and business outcomes. He is experienced in developing Human Capital policies and procedures that ensure organizational effectiveness and bottom-line results.

Johnathaan has been in the HR/DEI arena for nearly a decade and brings a wealth of knowledge to his consulting work. Johnathaan has served in the capacity of HR Business Partner, Talent & HR Manager, and Interim Director of HR. In these roles, Johnathaan has served as a thought partner to Executive Leadership & the Board of Directors on key organizational systems that produce meaningful change within the organization. Johnathaan's commitment to DEI & HR has afforded him the opportunity to be honored as 1 of the Top 30 professionals under 30 in 2017 by Radio One. Johnathaan received his BA in Education from Grand Canyon University, completed the Diversity In the Workplace certification from the Essec Business School, and is an active SHRM DC member.
